We offer a regular weekly, fortnightly or more frequent cleaning service. We think it is important that we provide you with the same person each service and that you should be comfortable with our Poppy in your home. It is a considerable trust that you are placing in us and we do not employ anyone that we would not welcome in our own homes.

Your Poppy will undertake all domestic household tasks as required from dusting , vacuuming, polishing, cleaning, to bed changing, windows, ironing and laundry and uses your equipment and materials.

When we first meet you, we will explain our service and will identify your specific needs. We will write a brief for your Poppy to work to and she will use her common sense in understanding your priorities. You can also give her instructions, leave notes or work with her!  We have secure key holding and alarm procedures and all our Poppies are properly employed and insured.

Your Poppy  will be efficient, reliable and confidential. We are not an agency and our staff, are not self employed but closely managed to ensure that our service is beyond reproach.

For any changes, temporary or permanent, just call our local number and arrange it with our office.We send you a bill every four weeks for payment by cheque, standing order or bank transfer. There are no monetary transactions between our staff and customers.
